We value quality, reliability, and craftsmanship, and we’re looking for someone who wants to learn a skilled trade and grow with us.

About the Role

Learn to do repairs, as well as set up, finish, and polish dentures and partials
Check your work against specifications and quality standards
Keep your workstation and the lab clean and organized
Meet daily production deadlines without sacrificing quality
Weekly cleaning of the lab
As you gain skills, opportunity for digital workflows are available

Hardworking. You take pride in finishing what you start.
Very detail oriented. You notice the small things, because in this work small things matter.
Artistic. You have a good eye for color, shape, and natural-looking results, and steady hands for fine detail work. Experience with sculpting, dental work, crafts, or other detailed hobbies is a plus.
Comfortable standing and doing precise handwork for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent (dental technology coursework or lab experience is a plus, but not required)
