Responsibilities:

Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out process

Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, text, or email

Verify insurance eligibility and submit claims

Collect co-pays and handle patient billing

Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed

Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner

Support the clinical team with administrative tasks as needed

Auditing patient accounts

Assisting with light upkeep of office

Posting insurance payments to accounts and closing out the day

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred

Familiarity with dental software (e.g. Eaglesoft) is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

Professional appearance and positive attitude

High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 48 per week
