Reporting directly to the practice owner, you will utilize your core skills in communications, business administration, and clinical awareness to maintain and support our patients, teammates, and practice adhering to the systems of the practice while remaining in compliance with HIPAA and OSHA. An ideal office manager will have a mastery of these skills resulting in a smooth flowing, family oriented, compassionate, patient-centered work environment. Duties

Manage daily operations
Maintain positive work atmosphere with teammates and patients
Train and develop new teammates
Maintain and build upon existing office training manuals
Overall team management
Compliance maintenance
Oversee daily business administrators' tasks
Manage "Level 2" financial processes as patient liaison
Manage and maintain AR
Pay bills and work with vendors for both supplies & equipment, repairs & maintenance
Payroll management "Level 1"
Patient relations to ensure a positive patient experience
Service codes management including fee adjustments, new codes, deleted codes, code updates
Support general practice development with growth and marketing
Support other administrative positions as needed

Qualifications

Proven management experience in a dental office setting
Strong knowledge of practice management and PMS systems (Eaglesoft, VYNE)
Familiarity with HIPAA & OSHA regulations and current dental terminology
Experience in budgeting and fiscal management
Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
