We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and patient assessment techniques. A passion for pediatric dentistry is a plus as you will be working with patients of all ages.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health status.
Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing procedures with precision.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist during examinations and various dental procedures.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to capture diagnostic images as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft software.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Collaborate with the dental team to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's needs.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in dental terminology and medical imaging techniques.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental office setting.
Experience in pediatric dentistry is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care.
Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
