Endodontic practice is looking for an positive, professional, pro-active and motivated DENTAL FRONT DESK person to join our growing practice. Experience is PREFERRED but not required for the right candidate. We have two offices that are state-of-the-art facilities and we strive to deliver five-star care to our patients. We are looking for an applicant that is interested in a long-term commitment, is dedicated to exceptional customer service, excels in clear communication and presents with the highest professionalism. This includes a healthy, professional appearance, a dynamic and engaging personality, the ability to offer a personable phone experience to our patients and referring offices. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS. Salary will be based on experience and ability. Salary is negotiable based on knowledge and experience. We are willing to train the right person.

Duties may include:

Answer phone calls, respond to inquires, and direct calls to appropriate staff members

Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar

Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner

Verify insurance information & assist with insurance claims processing

Collect payment and provide receipts to patients

Scanning and recording patient information

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
