Front Desk / Receptionist – Dental Office
Location: Shoreline & Bothell, WA
Schedule:

Monday & Thursday: Shoreline office
Tuesday & Wednesday: Bothell office

We are a growing, patient-centered dental practice seeking a professional and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a dental background who enjoys working in a warm, well-organized, and supportive environment across two beautiful office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering phone calls and assisting patients with scheduling
Checking patients in and out with professionalism and care
Scheduling, confirming, and managing appointments
Verifying dental insurance benefits and submitting pre-authorizations
Coordinating with the clinical team to maintain smooth patient flow
Handling day-to-day front office administrative duties

Requirements:

Prior dental office experience is required
Experience with dental insurance verification and pre-authorizations
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
Friendly and professional demeanor
Familiarity with dental scheduling software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental) is a plus
