Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Technician to join our fledgling team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy and fabrication techniques, contributing to the creation of high-quality dental prosthetics and appliances. Primary duties will be based around removeables, but this is a full service lab so work can change depending on prefrences.

Duties

Fabricate dental prosthetics such as crowns, bridges, dentures, and occlusal guards based on prescriptions from dentists.
Utilize various dental materials and techniques to ensure precision and quality in all products.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards.
Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and materials to enhance fabrication processes. Additional CE's are encouraged and will be paid for.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Dental Technician or in a similar role within a dental lab/office environment.
Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity for precise fabrication work.
Experience in removeables, either traditional or digital.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.

Benefits

32 Hour work week but will be paid for 40 hours.
