Responsibilities

Chair-side dental assisting
Taking and processing dental x-rays
Fabricating temporary crowns
Room turn over & sterilization
Impeccable infection-control
Maintaining inventory/treatment rooms
Basic administrative functions
Ensuring patient comfort
Providing post-operative instructions
Digital scanning and digital planning
Managing lab cases
Assisting with dental hygiene department

Qualifications

Smart Dental is seeking applicants that have completed a Dental Assisting Program and/or have one or more years of dental assisting experience.

In addition to a strong knowledge of dentistry, candidates must have outstanding customer service skills and time management skills. Qualified applicants must be able to effectively communicate with patients, doctor and other team members.
