Overview:

Smile Brands is a dominant player in the dental space and we are seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. You’ll have the opportunity to make an impact as you build, engage, and source diverse talent pipelines to fill current and future General Dentist openings. You’ll partner closely with your TA team members and operations partners to build and execute your sourcing strategy and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Schedule (days/hours): Monday - Friday Responsibilities:

Completes performance based hiring training and applies knowledge to the recruiting process, building a win-win hiring strategy.
Learns all areas of our business and partners within talent acquisition to align sourcing strategy with TA and business goals.
Ensures healthy candidate pipelines for future recruiting needs while ensuring adequate pipeline to fill current openings in a timely manner.
Develops, maintains, and grows talent pipelines in the CRM through a proactive sourcing approach with an engagement plan that improves applicant conversion rates and ensures attainment of sourcing goals.
Leverages data insights to inform sourcing strategy and collaborates with the TA Partner to ensure access to all information needed for success.
Through a creative sourcing approach, leverages all available resources to source qualified candidates to fill current and future openings.
Completes initial conversations with sourced candidates to discuss the opportunity/EVP and ensure minimum qualifications are met before submitting to the TA Partner.
Partners with the talent attraction team to gain access to new leads and sources.
Delivers a world class candidate experience.
Ensures attainment of all hiring goals, including KPIs.

Qualifications:

5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition or talent acquisition sourcing experience
Experience sourcing for General and/or Specialty Dentists.
Experience leveraging data insights to inform the sourcing strategy.
Experience using an applicant tracking system and/or CRM to both build/maintain candidate pipelines and track key metrics.
Proven success developing engaging candidate reach out messaging.
Demonstrated success sourcing in difficult to fill markets.
Proven success meeting/exceeding metrics.
As strong focus on diversity and inclusion.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience using iCIMS.

Compensation: $90,000 - $105,000 per year About:
