Your Role at Smile Horizons Dentistry: You guide our patients through key pieces of their appointments and treatment plans...thoroughly & honestly! Providing an easy experience scheduling appointments, setting the clinical team up success, and ensuring the patient has all financial pieces of their treatment taken care of. You are a key player in our patient experience! Having a positive mindset is a must!

Required skills for your success:

- Proficient in dental terminology

- Treatment Planning & Treatment Presentation

- Dental Billing in/out of network

- Professional Customer Service

- Strong Communication Skills (Phone/Email/Patient/Team)

- Microsoft Word & Excel

- Understand Basic KPIs and how to drive them

- At least 3 years experience in the dental field

Helpful skills for your success: (Not Required)

- Dexis knowledge

- Dentrix/Open Dental knowledge

- Microsoft Word

- Previous History in Customer Service
