At Smile Snob, we are redefining what a dental experience should feel like. We are not a traditional dental office. We are a modern, hospitality-driven cosmetic and restorative practice focused on helping patients feel confident, cared for, and excited about their transformation.

We are looking for a Dental Hygienist who is passionate about patient care, relationship-building, and creating an elevated experience from start to finish. This role is about far more than clinical care alone. We want someone who genuinely connects with patients, builds trust, supports overall treatment goals, and helps patients feel comfortable, confident, and valued throughout their experience. The right person understands that exceptional dentistry deserves exceptional communication, professionalism, and patient relationships. This is a highly visible role that plays a major part in patient retention, patient experience, and practice growth. We are building a team of people who want more than “just a dental office job,” we want individuals excited to grow with a modern, patient-focused brand that is changing the dental experience.
