Job Description:
We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team. Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services including exams, restorations, crowns, bridges, extractions, and treatment planning
Diagnose oral conditions and present comprehensive treatment options
Perform implant dentistry and clear aligner therapy (Spark and Invisalign) using in-house tools and digital workflows
Deliver patient-centered, high-quality dental care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
Collaborate with an experienced hygiene and dental assistant team

Compensation & Benefits:

$250,000–$400,000+ earning potential

Qualifications:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active state dental license
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience required
Experience with implants preferred, not required
Strong restorative, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient management abilities
