Treatment Coordinator

Our busy, privately-owned dental office is looking for a dependable Treatment & Financial Coordinator to join our team. We are a two dentist practice, and we are not corporate and not insurance-driven. Our focus is on building strong patient relationships and providing excellent care.

About the role: This position is key to helping patients understand their treatment options and feel comfortable moving forward. You’ll coordinate scheduling, present treatment plans, and handle financial arrangements with professionalism and warmth. You will be a central part of our patients’ experiences with us.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has dental office experience (treatment planning, payments, terminology, insurance knowledge)
Communicates clearly and warmly, in person and on the phone
Is reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
