You should apply if you:

Hold a DDS/DMD and can get licensed in Missouri
Are a new grad, GPR-trained, or 1–3 years in (corporate refugees welcome)
Are solid in restorative and extractions; implant experience is a bonus
Are coachable, warm with patients, and think like a future owner
Want to actually learn — TMD, sleep apnea therapy, advanced cosmetics — not just fill cavities

The deal:

$10,000 signing bonus (at 90 days)
Daily guarantee while you ramp up, then 23–28% of collections
Full benefits: health insurance, malpractice, CE allowance
Partnership track over 5–7 years
