Job description

*Must have two years of dental experience and know Dentrix

Our front desk is the face of our practice and must be upbeat. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be caring, dependable, and a self-starter, but the biggest is a team player.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and schedule appointments for our patients
Checking emails /and replying to patient texts
Greet and serve all patients as they arrive.
Checking in/out patients – collecting payment and scanning any doc into the patient chart
Keeping the front desk and waiting room in order
Assist patients with applying for financial assistance
Providing any additional assistance or support in daily operations

Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience working at the Front Desk in a dental office
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and highly organized
