Our private, fee-for-service dental practice on the beautiful island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands is searching for an exceptional hygienist to join our team.

We are a modern, state-of-the-art practice focused on delivering the highest quality dental care while building meaningful relationships with our patients.

What We Offer:

$60/hour starting pay
Uncapped bonus system

Incentive Bonus Program- 35% of collections in lieu of your hourly rate once production reaches an average of $1200/day.

Licensing Support:
You’ll need a U.S. Virgin Islands Dental Hygiene License, but don’t worry—we’ll guide you through the (fairly simple) process.
