Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice. You will assist the dentist during procedures, manage patient records, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

Assist the dentist with various procedures, including Endodontics and Prosthodontics, ensuring a smooth workflow.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment while adhering to infection control protocols.
Take and develop X-Ray images as required for patient diagnosis.
Maintain accurate medical records and patient information in our systems.
Monitor vital signs of patients as needed during procedures.
Provide support to the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
Ensure that treatment rooms are clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome candidates eager to learn.
Familiarity with four-handed dentistry techniques is advantageous.
Knowledge of infection control practices in a dental setting is essential.
Experience with medical records management systems is a plus.
Ability to take X-Rays and understand their interpretation is beneficial.
