To succeed in this role, we would recommend:

12 months experience as a Dental Patient Care Coordinator or a similar role in a medical office environment with direct patient contact via phone and in person.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer software, including practice management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic health records.
The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and sense of personal integrity
Dependable
High attention to detail
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures would be a plus, but we'll provide training for a highly qualified candidate from the medical field

In return, we offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive and positive work environment. You'll be part of a team that is passionate about providing the best dental care possible to our patients.
