About the Role:

As the Front Desk Administrator, you will play a vital role as the face and voice of our practice. Your responsibilities will include patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. We're looking for someone who genuinely cares about patients and takes pride in their work.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years working in a dental office front desk role.
Proficiency in scheduling systems, insurance handling, and patient relations.

Key Qualities:

Honest, dependable, and proactive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organizational abilities.

Your Schedule:

Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturdays*: 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (*3rd, 4th, and 5th Saturdays of the month, when applicable)
