Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients as they arrive, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations using dental software systems.
Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Handle phone inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to patients.
Process payments and manage medical collections efficiently.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure smooth office operations and patient flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
