Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures including general dentistry, oral surgery, and endodontics while ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction. This role requires strong clinical skills, a commitment to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Perform dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, and prosthodontics
Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care
Ensure infection control protocols are followed in accordance with aseptic techniques
Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care
Stay current with advancements in dental technology and practices

Skills

Proficient in dental terminology and medical documentation
Experience with dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix
Knowledge of anatomy relevant to dentistry and medical imaging techniques
Strong background in pediatric dentistry and experience working with children
Ability to perform oral surgeries and manage complex cases effectively
Familiarity with infection control standards and practices in a dental clinic setting
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and education
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in clinical procedures

Pay: $173,157.53 - $248,533.80 per year
