Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Manage incoming phone calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently into our computerized systems.
Maintain organized files and records to ensure easy access to information.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members as needed.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Utilize Google Suite for document creation, communication, and collaboration with team members.
Assist with office management tasks including inventory management and supply ordering.

Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Familiarity with dental receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in using computer systems for data entry and file management is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
