The Smile Lodge is looking for a Team Lead/Treatment Coordinator to join our dedicated Ortho team in East Greenbush and Clifton Park, NY! Our practice is known for providing the community with a wide range of services using state-of-the-art technology and a modern approach. This role will require some travel in the local area. Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience

Qualifications

Prior experience in a leadership/management role is a must
Experience with treatment coordination is required
Knowledge of dental terminology and insurance processes
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial arrangements
Understanding of the billing and appeals process
Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar)
Typing/Data Entry Skills
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented demeanor
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workload to achieve set timelines/goals
Ability to travel in the local area is mandatory - Clifton Park and East Greenbush
