Associate Dentist with Partnership/Owner Opportunity – Burien, WA

-3 DDS practice started from scratch by owner 39 years ago , One of our associates is relocating out of state.

-$2.5 million plus in collections per year

-Current associates are not interested in partnership or ownership

-Office has much room to grow from a production standpoint and is equipped for I-tero, Invisalign and implant placement. Current DDS and owner do not do any Invisalign or implant cases.

-Ideal candidate will reply to this post with samples of Invisalign cases completed

-Experienced management in the front and back office

-3 Hygienists

-Refreshed Office Interior

-Owner has trained/mentored several DDS in Cerec Technology (those mentored have moved on and are owners in very successful practices)

-A new DDS can quickly be trained on cerec procedures, including one appointment cosmetic cases.

- Owner doctor is at the stage where selling part of practice or entire practice is something to consider with the right fit

- New doctor could work for a year or two to decide if our practice is a good fit, prior to ownership.

- New doctor would have complete access for all Invisalign cases and implant placement procedures.

-Pay range from $180K to $500K per year

- Must respond with showing interest in eventually taking over part or all of the practice, willingness to learn Cerec technology and with extensive Invisalign experience.

- New applicant could start as early as mid March or April 1, 2026
