General Dentist – Part-Time / PRN

Phillips Woodland | East Alabama
2–3 Days/Week | Flexible Schedule

Great dentistry. An established patient base. A schedule that works for your life.

Phillips Woodland is seeking a General Dentist interested in a flexible 2–3 day-per-week opportunity serving an established East Alabama community.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dentist who wants to supplement an existing schedule, transition away from full-time dentistry, or simply enjoy the flexibility of practicing a few highly productive days each week—without sacrificing the resources and support of an established dental organization.

A Community Practice With Experienced Dental Leadership

Phillips Woodland has unique roots. Originally established by the community as a health clinic, the practice was created to provide accessible care to the families who call this area home.

Today, Dr. Travis P. Phillips and the Phillips Dental team have stepped in to manage and support the dental practice, bringing the resources, clinical leadership, and operational infrastructure of an established dental organization while preserving the community-focused care that makes this practice special.

For the right dentist, that means something important:

An established patient community. A trusted name behind you. And the support to simply come in and practice great dentistry.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

2–3 Days Per Week + Flexibility
We're looking for consistent part-time support, but we're flexible in building the right schedule around the right dentist.

Established Patient Base
Walk into an established practice with existing patient demand and the opportunity to make your clinical days productive.

Daily Guarantee During Onboarding
We want you focused on learning the practice and building relationships with your patients—not worrying about your paycheck. We provide daily guarantee support during onboarding while you transition into the practice.

Strong Earning Potential
Competitive collections-based compensation allows you to make your clinical days count without committing to a traditional five-day workweek.

Ancillary Benefits
Enjoy additional benefit options and support that aren't always available with traditional PRN opportunities.

Continuing Education Support
We invest in our doctors. CE support is available to help you continue developing your clinical skills and expand the procedures you want to provide.

Clinical Autonomy
Practice within your experience and comfort level. From bread-and-butter restorative dentistry to more advanced procedures, you'll have the autonomy to treatment plan and provide the care you believe is best for your patients.

We Handle the Business. You Focus on Dentistry.

Our support structure is designed to remove many of the headaches that come with practicing dentistry.

We support our doctors with staffing, supplies, labs, equipment, marketing, HR, payroll, and practice operations so you have the tools you need to succeed.

Come in. Treat your patients well. Do great dentistry. We'll help take care of the rest.
