We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator and or Treatment Coordinator to fill a full time position.

*2 years of front office dental experience is preferred; strong computer and communication skills is important. **Pay will be determined based on years of experience working in the role we are hiring for and or knowledge in the dental industry.

Scheduling Coordinator

Will be solely responsible for the scheduling of each day, following the scheduling guidelines to ensure we have a productive and good flowing day
Assisting at the Patient Check In position.
Will have daily goals and template for you to follow. Will need to ensure all front office staff and anyone booking appointments follows your lead on the scheduling guidelines
Will need to look ahead in the schedule to fill the gaps of no patients in advance
Organize and utilize a recall list, treatment list, cancellation list to ensure the schedule remains a good productive flow
Confirm future appointments call or email to ensure confirmed appointments for less cancellations or no shows
Ensuring all est. services are attached to each patient visit before the patient check ins.
Responsible for ensuring all staff are scheduling and attaching est. services to each appointment block when scheduling appointments
Making sure the provider’s Schedule is accurate for each day , and providers are attached to their patient appointments that day

Treatment Coordinator

Through past experiences and knowledge of dental services, understand the treatment services we offer to our patients, in a elegant way be able to articulate proposed treatment accurately so that the parent and patient understand what each service is we intend to perform and how the doctor will execute day of appointment/expectations
Appropriately orchestrate with the back office and confirm Treatment Services proposed, ensure Treatment plan posted to the patients chart is accurate
Navigate the Insurance and benefit coverage in the dental software to ensure accurate financials is presented at treatment
Day of Treatment we ensure patients complete there consent forms prior to beginning treatment and financial expectations are agrees upon.
Will be responsible to proactively reaching out or responding to all customer service emails/texts/phone calls throughout the day coming in related to PEDO/FREN appointments.

· We expect all team members are working together and participating in the General Office duties to ensure a fun, clean and productive work environment!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
