We are a friendly, modern, busy, growing practice looking for a Patient Care Coordinator with minimum 1-2 year experience creating dental treatment plans, customers services We offer competitive pay based on experience.

Working with dentists and hygienists to develop treatment plans for patients. Explaining diagnosis and treatment plans to patients.
Discussing insurance benefits and payment options with patients and creating payment plans.
Greeting patients, answering and managing incoming phone calls, responding to requests for information.
Scheduling and confirming upcoming appointments and recalls according to office protocol. Verifying insurance benefits.
Registering new patients and updating patient records in compliance with privacy and security regulations. Ensuring all relevant patient data is entered into the records management system.
Checking daily appointment schedule, collecting and receiving payments from patients at time of treatment (co-pays).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
