Your Responsibilities:

Yes, you’ll be diagnosing, drilling, and dazzling patients with your clinical skills—but let’s be real, we’re looking for more than just a steady hand and a sharp eye. Diagnose and provide excellent patient care and treatment

Qualifications:

You’ve got the degree (DMD or DDS—we don’t play favorites), an active dental license (in the state of FL) and periodontics certification, and a chairside manner that puts people at ease before they even sit down. You’re a confident communicator, a natural leader, and a team player who treats patients like people—not procedures. If you’ve got clinical chops, a collaborative spirit, and compassion baked into everything you do, we already like your style.

DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school
Active [FL dental license (in good standing, no disciplinary actions)
Periodontics certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
Passion for teamwork and treating patients with compassion
