We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Dental Office Manager to lead our small, patient-centered dental practice. In this role, you'll wear many hats- handling everything from scheduling and billing to team coordination and patient relations. Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day front office operations, ensuring smooth patient check in/out, scheduling and communication.
Schedule and confirm appointments while managing the office calendar efficiently.
Handle patient billing, insurance verification, claims submission and follow-up.
Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Provide leadership and support to the front office team; assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff scheduling.
Mange supply inventory and place orders to ensure the office is well-stocked.
Resolve patient questions, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and compassion.
Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services offered.
Familiar with the use of Practice web or similiar dental software.
Support the overall patient experience and help build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a dental office (managerial or front desk lead preferred)
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing practices.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and Dental terminology is essential.
Experience with dental software such as Dentrix, Open Dental or Practice Web.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently.
