Associate Dentist

Duties:
- Perform dental examinations and diagnose oral conditions
- Develop treatment plans and provide appropriate dental care
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and other dental professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe dental environment
- Stay informed about advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of infection control procedures and practices
- Proficiency in anatomy and understanding of oral health conditions
- Ability to accurately maintain medical records and document patient information
- Familiarity with taking vital signs and using aseptic techniques
- Knowledge of dental coding for accurate billing and insurance claims
- Proficiency in using Open Dental or similar dental software for patient management
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
