Weston Dental, a Dr. Nassif and Associates practice, seeks a skilled and compassionate dentist to join our growing, state-of-the-art facility in Avon, Ohio. Compensation and Benefits:
*Daily guarantee
*Guaranteed minimum salary $170,000 + 30% production
*Earning potential $250,000-300,000 annually for full-time

Qualifications
Responsibilities
- - Deliver comprehensive patient care by conducting dental assessments and creating treatment plans.
- - Perform dental procedures such as extractions, prosthodontics, and oral surgeries.
- - Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- - Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for efficient practice management.
- - Educate patients about oral health and preventive care, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- - Collaborate with dental staff to improve patient care and enhance clinic operations.
