Position Title: Associate Dentist
Location: Amarillo, TX
Reports To: Lead Dentist
Work Schedule: Full Time T-F
Compensation: 30% of net production; earn up to 300k in the first year
Benefits: Bonus; Medical; 401K; PTO & Sick
Responsibilities:
- Understand and align with the clinical philosophies of the practice
- Implement practice policies, protocols, processes and initiatives
- Follow state and federal laws
- Be the lead educator about oral health
- Diagnose oral health conditions with the use of AI, Intraoral photos and radiographs
- Treat oral health conditions
- Educate patients on the importance of prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Achieve daily production goal
Qualifications or Requirements:
- Dental License current
- DEA Registration
- Work experience -- 1-2 years is preferred by not required
