Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, performing dental cleanings, and assisting in various dental procedures. This role requires a strong commitment to patient education and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: $50-54/hr

Work Schedule: Full-Time

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

Essential Tasks:

Perform Cleanings of teeth and gums.
Take necessary x-rays and intra-oral pictures.
Complete periodontal charting.
Address patient's hygiene and restorative needs.
Educate patient on what doctor will likely recommend in the form of treatment.
Document findings in the Practice Management software.
Clean/sterilize treatment room after each appointment.
Reappoint patients emphasizing value and urgency for the next appointment and update the Practice Management Software.
Provide an effective 2 and 1 Handoff, to doctor and appropriate admin team.
Prepare, attend, and contribute to Straine Management System (SMS) Meetings.
Achieve individual daily hygiene production goal.
Maintains proper knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliances and clinical skills.
As open times occur, make calls to patients due and not scheduled in hygiene.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Registered Dental Hygienist License
Experience in a dental office preferred
X-Ray Certified
