We are a longstanding boutique dental practice in the heart of Los Angeles looking to add to our amazing team and patient base with full and part time lead RDH positions. Excellent compensation, working environment, and an amazing patient base are ready for you at our incredible state of the art location. Responsibilities: A wide range of clinical & communication skills are a must. Attention will be given to the following criteria:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, ensuring a sterile environment through aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide exceptional patient care.
Utilize timely and accurate entries within dental software for documentation and scheduling.
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive care, including pediatric dentistry when necessary.
Passion for delivering an outstanding patient experience
Disease prevention and patient education focused
Experience with expanded hygiene schedule
Perio maintenance
Experience or willingness to learn digital imaging & electronic records
Experience with Invisalign or the willingness to grow in this area
