Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in various computer systems, and have experience in a dental or medical office setting. Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the practice.
Manage phone systems, answering calls promptly and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Handle patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
Utilize Dentrix systems for patient management and record-keeping.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records in compliance with ICD-10 coding standards.
Address patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and billing while providing exceptional customer service.
Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the office.

Requirements
-Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced dental office
- Experience with Dentrix
- Insurance terminology, Primary, Secondary, and third party insurance knowledge
- Dental Coding, appointment setting, following up with no-shows prior to the end of the day
- Checking eligibility via phone and insurance web portals
- Data Entry
- Bilingual a MUST (English and Spanish)
- Greeting and welcoming patients with a professional, polite demeanor
- Ability to be an organized team player and execute all daily duties
