Responsibilities:
- Welcome & comfort guests as they visit our studio.
- Lead social media initiatives by organizing the team, speaking on camera, filming videos, and organizing social media campaigns
- Provide consistent, high-quality service and hospitality to guests, in-studio, and as needed, through email, text, or by phone.
- Partner with the back office and medical team in daily operational tasks, such as scheduling, tidying, preparing for closing/opening, and inventory management
- Collaborate with the entire Studio Team, including our Dentists, Physicians, & clinicians, to optimize operations to positively impact guest experience.
- Preparing and issuing invoices and submitting insurance claims, for dental procedures
- Communicate with insurance providers to elucidate patients' coverage and to resolve disputes about rejected claims
- Creating payment plans in consultation with patients and finance companies
- Processing payments upon the rendering of dental services
- Preparing and submitting claims for payment by health insurance
Qualifications and Experiences
- Proven top-notch customer service and hospitality experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Tech Savvy on laptop/computer with 60+ wpm typing speed
- Proven experience with social media
- Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask.
- Willingness to initiate tasks and perform duties without direct supervision.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include early morning, late evening, holiday and weekend hours.
- A drive for constant professional development & growth within a growing organization
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Previous experience in dentistry
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
