Full Time Dental Front Desk - $18 to $26/hr + Medical, 401K, Dental, Paid Time Off, Bonuses + room for upward advancement in a growing Private Practice Group!

The Harriman Dental team prides ourselves in providing exceptional dental care in a comfortable environment with outstanding customer service. Because of our outstanding service we are growing and are in search of a Front Desk /Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

Duties for this role include:

Greet all clients in the office a direct them to the appropriate area of the Practice.

Answer all phone calls and emails, answer any client questions, and take messages if needed.

Schedule all appointments and keep schedule full at all times.

Use all office equipment, and maintain and order all office supplies.

Process payments if needed and process insurance claims.

•Treatment planning and setting up payment arrangements.

•Following up with treatment plans .

Qualifications: Seeking mature, responsible, adaptable and personable candidate. Prefer between 3-5 years of experience in dental industry and open to a dynamic learning environment.
