As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Credentialing Assistant to join our administrative team and support the credentialing and compliance process for our providers and practice.

Position Summary:

The Credentialing Assistant plays a key role in ensuring that our dental providers are properly credentialed with insurance companies, licensure boards, and other regulatory bodies. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive documentation and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, submit, and track credentialing and re-credentialing applications for dental providers
Maintain and update provider files with current licenses, certifications, malpractice insurance, and CE records
Communicate with insurance companies and agencies to resolve credentialing issues or delays
Monitor expiration dates of licenses and credentials to ensure timely renewals
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards in all documentation and communications
Assist with other administrative and compliance tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a dental or medical office preferred (credentialing experience a plus)
Strong administrative and data entry skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
