Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. This is ideal for a new grad that wants mentorship and for an experienced Dentist that wants to hit the ground running.
- 5 Dentists currently with 4 Specialists
- 6 Hygienists, and 9 DA's- 2 per dentist
- 4.5 day work week
- 40 operatories- each dentist receives 2
- 6 month daily guarantee with 32% collections
Duties:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Utilize medical imaging technologies for diagnosis and treatment
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver comprehensive oral healthcare
- Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and technology
Experience:
- Degree in Dental Medicine (DMD or DDS) from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in dental software systems (e.g., Eaglesoft)
- Knowledge of medical coding and billing practices
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology for dental restorations
- Strong communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $180,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
