```Duties```
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, taking dental x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for maintaining oral health
- Assist the dentist during procedures by providing necessary instruments and materials
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans
- Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care

- Valid dental hygiene license in [state]
- Associate's degree in dental hygiene or related field
- Proficiency in dental assisting techniques and aseptic technique
- Experience with dental practice management software (Softdent)
- Knowledge of pediatric dental care and experience working with children
- Strong communication skills to effectively educate patients on oral health practices
- Ability to accurately document medical information and maintain patient confidentiality
