Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care and education to patients, ensuring their comfort and promoting oral health. The Dental Hygienist will work closely with the dentist and other staff members to deliver exceptional patient experiences in a friendly and professional environment.

Duties

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth.
Conduct patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and taking vital signs.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride treatments.
Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with clinic protocols.
Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
Assist with four-handed dentistry during procedures as needed.

Skills

Proficiency in pediatrics, ensuring comfort and care for young patients.
Knowledge of four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
Strong understanding of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile working environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental anatomy and medical terminology relevant to dental practice.
Experience in a dental office or clinic setting, demonstrating familiarity with dental systems and workflows.
Ability to implement effective infection control measures to safeguard patient health.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate patients.

**The signing bonus will be paid as followed:

$500 after 30 working days. $1000 after 6 months of employment. $1000 after 12 months of employment.
