We have an opening for a receptionist and insurance specialist to join our team full time ( 4 days: 32-35 hours per week). Candidate must have at least 12 months experience with reception duties, dental insurance and dental software. Responsibilities include checking patients in and out, uploading questionnaires to our database, answering phones, making appointments, answering insurance questions, submitting insurance claims, entering insurance information. The candidate must be friendly and calm with an ability to organize and multitask.
