Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Multi-Location Dental Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental practice sites. This role ensures consistent standards of care, operational efficiency, and staff coordination across all locations. You will act as a central leader for administrative processes, patient service quality, and team performance across the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations & Coordination:
- Manage administrative functions across all locations, ensuring uniform policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling systems, insurance processing, and billing consistency.
- Implement and monitor compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and local healthcare regulations at each site.

- Staff Leadership:
- Supervise and support front desk and administrative teams across locations.
- Conduct regular site visits, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
- Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff members across all practices.

- Patient Experience:
- Ensure high standards of patient care and service across all sites.
- Handle escalated patient concerns or complaints that arise across practices.
- Review patient feedback and develop initiatives to improve satisfaction.

- Financial Oversight:
- Monitor revenue cycle management at all offices including collections, insurance claims, and financial reporting.
- Work with bookkeepers or accountants to oversee payroll and expense tracking.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives across the organization.
- Systems & Technology:
- Standardize and optimize practice management software usage (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental).
- Troubleshoot technical or operational disruptions and coordinate with IT support.
- Implement and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for operational health.

- Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in dental office management; multi-location experience strongly preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of dental operations, insurance protocols, and scheduling systems.
- Proficiency in dental management software (e.g., Eaglesoft, Dentirx or Open Dental).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel between locations as needed.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
- Certification in Dental Office Management is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
