Dental Receptionist

Bellevue Endodontics

We’re looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated and patient-focused team. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a vital role in delivering an excellent patient experience and supporting the smooth operation of our dental practice.

Schedule: Full Time 4 days/week

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned

Qualifications

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of dental receptionist experience

Preferred Skills

Experience in Endodontics preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Experience with dental practice management software
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The starting salary range for this role is $26 - $32 per hour based on full-time employment.
