Are you passionate about creating beautiful smiles and delivering unforgettable patient experiences? We're looking for an enthusiastic Orthodontic Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our clinical operations, ensuring top-quality care, and helping patients feel confident and cared for every step of the way.
Create a warm, welcoming environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
Deliver high-quality clinical support within scheduled appointment times.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and how to care for their orthodontic appliances.
Prepare treatment trays, manage clinical supplies, and support orthodontic procedures.
Perform digital charting, x-rays, intraoral photography, and patient instructions.
Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly disinfected and sterilized.
Serve as a liaison between patients and the orthodontist to ensure clear communication.
Assist with front desk duties as needed, including phone calls and scheduling.
Travel to other office locations as necessary.
Be flexible with your schedule, including occasional extended hours for patient care.
Uphold privacy standards by adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

A strong team player who supports and uplifts others
Previous orthodontic or dental assisting experience preferred
Radiography certification (if applicable in your state) a plus
Knowledge of digital charting systems a bonus
Willingness to travel between locations and adapt to changing needs
Must follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
