East Tucson Established and Newly Renovated Private Dental Practice seeking experienced, growth-minded associate dentist for full-time patient care.
We are a private group (founding doctor working part-time with new owner doctor of 5 years) practice seeking to add an associate to provide top notch care to our gratitude-filled and growing patient base and help lead our team to the next level.

We treat patients of all ages, and have provided consistent quality restorative care. Over the past 5 years we have focused on growing the surgical portion of our practice and have considerable opportunity for growth in the endodontic and pediatric aspects of caring for our patients.
The ideal candidate will prioritize patient needs and with their years of experience, be able to reflect on their own growth and the areas they would like to improve at in a collaborative work environment. Surgical, endodontic, and/or pediatric desire and experience is preferred.
- Highly competitive pay structure with a tiered percentage of adjusted daily production to align proper motivation.

Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, root canal therapy, and oral surgery.
- Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on preventive care, oral hygiene practices, and treatment options.
- Stay current with advancements in dental technology and techniques through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Proficiency in using dental software such as Eaglesoft for patient management and record keeping.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry principles and practices.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus, with the ability to engage and treat younger patients effectively.
- Familiarity with oral surgery techniques and root canal therapy procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a busy clinic environment.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in all interactions.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
