Summary
We currently have one full-time associate opening available. As an associate, you will have the independence to manage your own practice while being supported by over 30 experienced dentists and specialists. Our dedicated administrative team will handle the details, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional care to your patients. We also offer a clear path to partnership, providing you with the opportunity to share in the ownership of the practice as you grow with us.
We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, and skilled dentist. The ideal candidate will have completed a residency or have several years of experience and a broad clinical skillset. While the role will be busy from day one, you will have flexibility in your schedule and the freedom to practice in a way that fits your strengths.
Compensation is based on experience, with a competitive starting salary. Motivated candidates on production-based compensation will find their earning potential to far exceed national averages. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including examinations and restorative work.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients based on their oral health needs.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry to provide the best care possible.
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active state dental license in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
