Schedule: Monday through Thursday
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive documentation and continuous communication/collaboration with the doctors.
- Perform accurate assessments according to ADA and AAP guidelines/standards including, but not limited to: caries risk; periodontal condition; oral cancer; radiographic technique and findings.
- Effectively perform appropriate preventive or therapeutic procedure as prescribed by the doctor.
- Educate patients about clinical findings, oral health/overall health, progression of disease, proper home care and recare frequencies.
- Focus on comprehensive patient care.
- Manage schedules.
- Commitment to maintaining dental hygiene licensure and knowledge through continuing education

Qualifications:
- Active RDH license in the state of practice.
- 3-5 years’ experience
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication and collaboration with the dentist and the office team.
- Team player who supports cohesiveness throughout the office.
- Excellent patient communication and education skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
