Our three doctor private practice is seeking a detail-oriented, self-driven and team-focused professional to represent our group as a full-time front desk administrator. In search of an upbeat, energetic person with a great work ethic.

Our practice has been in Westford for 50 years and we have many multigenerational families who trust in us for their care. We also have an amazing staff, with many having worked for us 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years! The longevity of our staff speaks to our great doctors and friendly working environment!

Eaglesoft experience is preferred. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:45am-5pm.

Job Details:

Greet patients
Register new patients according to established office protocols
Verify and update patient information
Inform patients of dental office procedures and policy
Move patients through appointments as scheduled
Insurance Breakdown done prior to appointment and entered into the system
Receive and post insurance payments with accurate adjustments
Answer and manage incoming calls
Timely respond and comply to requests for information
Schedule patient appointments
Confirm upcoming appointments and recalls
Check daily appointment schedule
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
Walk out procedures per Doctors
Arrange supporting documents for insurance claims (Eligibility, History, and Other Coverage)
Maintain a clean and organized office
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA)

Pay: $23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
