Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice in Wendover, Utah. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment. Duties
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients of all ages.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to:
- - Root canal therapy - Dental extractions - Prosthodontics - Pediatric dentistry
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure the safety of patients and staff.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants in a four-handed dentistry approach to enhance patient care.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.Skills
- Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping.
- Strong knowledge of infection control practices within a dental setting.
- Experience with dental fabrication techniques is preferred.
- Familiarity with pediatric dentistry practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform effective root canal therapy and dental extractions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building rapport with patients and staff.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
